Bolde runs on infrastructure you control. Your data stays inside your network. We do not call third-party model APIs at inference time.

On compute dedicated to your deployment, inside your Tailnet, VPC, or on-prem environment.

Bolde runs on Bolde-Small, our proprietary base model. Over time, Bolde Custom is planned to turn that base into your model using approved workflows and feedback. We do not ship prompts to OpenAI, Anthropic, or any cloud model vendor.

Frontier models are built to do almost anything. Bolde is built for sourced analysis on your data. We judge it on retrieval, citations, and answer quality.

By breaking the job into steps. One model retrieves the right source, another drafts the answer, another checks the citation, and another validates the result. Narrow steps are easier to test and improve.

The model runs inside your boundary. The deployment is isolated. The workflow requires human approval before work leaves that boundary. The record is logged. Each layer makes the system easier to trust and review.

For some work, public tools are fine. For sensitive work, they create exposure and leave you with weak records. Bolde is for the work that needs to stay inside your network.

Every important claim links to the source document, title, excerpt, and retrieval record. You can check the answer against the original text.

A tamper-evident record of queries, answers, approvals, and exports. Each entry records the user, time, response hash, and citations used.

Role-based access is set at deployment. SSO is supported. You control who can access which data.

In your network, on your storage. We do not replicate it. We do not index it on our infrastructure. We do not have access to it.

You set retention. The default audit-log retention is seven years, but it can be changed for your requirements.

Initial deployments are dedicated and single-tenant in your VPC or on-prem. A later deployment option may support multi-tenant environments for organizations that need it.

The /roadmap page is updated quarterly. Bolde Updates receives notice before major release milestones.
